MOST IMPORTANTLY: On the first inspection: the inspector was impressed with the job… he noted some nice professional touches that he said just weren’t done by everybody. However, we did not pass first inspection for a small, easy to fix, but important, oversight. So how did HighEnd handle the setback? Perfectly – no excuses, no fuss. We scheduled the correction; while the correction was being made, the inspector was called and arrived just after HighEnd left. Five minutes later, permit signed off. HighEnd stood behind their work and THAT’S what I look for in a Contractor. Thank you, Everyone at HighEnd.

From the beginning of the project to the end High End Impact Windows were beyond professional. Everyone working on my home were extremely knowledgable of any “how to” and made me extremely comfortable because they didn’t just install the windows but made sure all of the finishes looked as good or better than how they were, before they left the project. From speaking with most other companies they didn’t want to be responsible for anything more than just making sure the window was installed. High End Impact would not leave the project until everything was completed to the level of all expectations.

The quality of work and honesty is what I appreciated most as they would discuss anything that was being done and finished the job perfectly without cutting any corners. Our dealings then shifted to Rich, and he was TERRIFIC! There was no detail that he didn’t follow up on and he personally walked our permit application through City Hall for both the windows AND the electrical work we wanted done. He also took care of all the paper work required by our Condo Board to get the approval from our building committee. He was in constant touch either by phone or email which made us feel completely comfortable that we had chosen the right company. He worked around MY work\travel schedule to start the job and finish so that I could inspect everything as things were completed.

Max and the installation crew were FANTASTIC!! Cleanliness, courtesy, and professionalism are just a few of the things that come to mind when thinking of the dealings with them throughout the project. I was admittedly, looking over their shoulders asking questions, and pointing out things I wanted when it came to the finishing touches. I made punch lists at the end of every day of the things that I thought should be done so the I would be happy with the end result and Max gladly accepted them and made me feel included in the project. He worked with me at every turn and always made me feel like my complete satisfaction was his ONLY goal! MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

High End is in a class far and above any other contractor I have ever dealt with and I would not hesitate to recommend them highly to anyone looking for impact windows and doors.

Now that my project is completed I wanted to take the time to thank you all. From the first day when I entered your office to the very end of the project it has been a great pleasure to work with you.
As you know I am a very picky person when it comes to make choices and so was I for this project as it also involved cut-out and block-ups, which is much more than just replacing old windows. During all my research to find out which glass would be best, which sliding door would be the nicest one, etc I always found Max available to meet with me, drive me to the manufacturer, answer any technical question I had. That made me confident I was with the right company.

Rich, at the office, handled everything smoothly, accommodated my busy schedule for the permits and installation and followed up on every open item. I was nervous at first that the starting date for the install could shift or that workers would show up the first day then be moved onto another project as it often happens with other contractors, but none of this happened. Workers were on the job every day for more than 2 weeks to complete my project in the shortest time possible.

Last, but not least, I wanted to express my deep gratitude to Jaysen for his dedication on the job as not only a perfect installer but also a true project manager. From day one when Jaysen showed up for the install with his crew I felt in confidence and that confidence never failed. I felt 100% comfortable having all his crew in and around my home as they were under his supervision. He was so available while doing his work to answer my questions – and after hours as well – to take my call after returning from work and seeing what had been done that day,
He basically installed my windows and doors as if it were for his own house, with the same passion for details and true craftsmanship. He knows his trade for sure but not only that, he brings it all together with his surrounding knowledge of all construction related items.
He directed his crew with professionalism while remaining courteous (which I strongly appreciate in my home) and went beyond his duties to make sure that everything was being done to my liking along the way.

All this being said, I wish High End a strong success for years to come.
